George is confused. He thought he was supposed to wear a costume on Election Day and wear blue on Halloween.

I'm just explaining to George that he's a little chili pepper, and I'm a big Cat in the Hat...



...which means I get to eat all the candy I want, and he can only have milk today...



...But maybe next year I'll let him have some of my candy. Not this year though.
